Lasha Crowell Seaman, Ed.D, is the Director of Bridges & Roots Family Services, LLC or BRFamilies.org. She brings a strong background in education, family support, cultural connection, leadership, and community-based services. Lasha has spent many years working with children, families, schools, communities, and organizations, helping people build stronger systems of support and healthier relationships.

Lasha raised her family in Greeley, Colorado, and has deep personal and professional roots in Northern Colorado. As a mother of two nearly grown sons and one foster son in college and the workforce, she understands the importance of family connection, stability, trust, and consistent support. Her heart for families comes from both lived experience and years of professional service.

Her doctorate in Organizational Transformation of Education reflects her commitment to helping individuals, families, and organizations grow through meaningful change. Lasha believes that families are strengthened when they are met with respect, structure, cultural understanding, and child-centered support.

Through Bridges & Roots Family Services, Lasha is committed to helping families build safer, healthier, and more meaningful connections. The organization provides supervised family parenting time, safe exchanges, parenting education, co-parenting support, nurturing parenting classes, and court documentation for families across Northern Colorado.

Lasha’s approach is grounded in neutrality, compassion, safety, and professionalism. She believes every family deserves the opportunity to build stronger connections, create stability, and support children in feeling safe, loved, and connected.
